Shipping Information
Free Shipping Promotion
All U.S. orders totaling over $100.00 will qualify for free USPS
Standard. This offer does not apply to past orders, special orders,
international orders, nor include other shipping methods (expedited
USPS or UPS). Cannot be combined with any other offer and is valid
only on orders placed through our website. When checking out, click
on "Standard Shipping" as your choice of shipping method. We reserve
the right to cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
US (Domestic) Shipping
We offer two shipping carriers:
1. USPS (United States Postal Service)
2. UPS (United Parcel Service)
All U.S. orders are shipped securely in a cardboard box or padded envelope with a USPS delivery confirmation number or UPS tracking number and insurance. Note that the delivery confirmation number is not the equivalent of a tracking number, but will only update when your mail carrier scans the package at the time of delivery. If your delivery confirmation number states "Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received" with no other details, this means that your package is still in the delivery process and will not update until the actual time of delivery.
Delivery times for USPS Standard and USPS Priority Shipping are only estimates and may take longer, particularly during peak Seasons. If you do not receive your package within the quoted delivery time frame, email us and we can look up its status..
Exclusive items and domestic orders totaling $200.00 and over will be shipped with signature confirmation. In some cases, we can ship to a valid work address if this is more convenient. If shipping to a work address, be sure to include your full name as well as your company name. Additionally, we reserve the right to send packages with signature confirmation in cases where we believe a signature receipt is appropriate for the safe delivery of your order. If you will not be available to receive your package at home, we highly recommend having your package shipped to a valid work address.
If timing is urgent on your package, we would highly recommend choosing among these 3 expedited guaranteed shipping options:
1. USPS Express Mail
2. UPS 2 Day Air
3. UPS 3 Day Select
Domestic orders totaling $200.00 and over will be shipped with signature confirmation. Alternatively, we can ship to a work address if this is more convenient. If shipping to a work address, be sure to include your full name as well as your company name.
We reserve the right to charge additional shipping if we determine that your actual shipping is substantially more than quoted.
International Shipping
* Special Note to Italy and Germany customers:
USPS Global Priority Mail is available to all our listed countries
EXCEPT Italy and Germany. All orders to Italy and Germany will be shipped only by USPS Global
Express Mail starting at $28.00.
We ship only to the following select countries:

United Kingdom
All payments must be made in US funds. All orders will be shipped only to verified credit card billing addresses or confirmed paypal addresses. We reserve the right to request additional documents for international orders, including an emailed copy of your credit card (front and back) and photo ID clearly showing your name and billing address. If the billing address you enter does not match the address on file with your credit card company, or we request additional documentation and it is not provided, your order will be cancelled. Orders that have inconsistent or suspected fraudulent information will also be cancelled.
International orders under $50.00 are shipped USPS Global Priority Mail or Airmail. Please note that there is no tracking service available with this shipping method. International orders over $50.00 are shipped USPS Global Express Mail, which includes tracking service.
Quoted shipping costs do not include any applicable custom duties, which the customer is solely responsible for. As custom duties vary from one country to another, please contact your local post office for more information.
Delivery times listed above are only estimates and may take longer. Each international package must pass through customs, which can significantly add to delivery times. Although most of our international customers receive their packages within 10 business days, please expect a wait of up to 4 weeks.
