U.S. (United States Domestic) Shipping
Free Shipping Promotion
All U.S. orders totaling $100.00 and over will qualify for free USPS Standard Shipping.
This offer does not apply to past orders, special orders, international orders, nor include other shipping methods (expedited USPS or UPS). Cannot be combined with any other offer and is valid only on orders placed through our website. When checking out, click on "Standard Shipping" as your choice of shipping method. We reserve the right to cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
How to read the shipping tables:
1. Locate your merchandise total in the first column.
2. Locate your preferred shipping method in the next columns. Example: For an order total of $150.00, USPS shipping options are Standard Free, Priority $8.00, Express $27.00.
We offer two shipping carriers:
USPS (United States Postal Service)
UPS (United Parcel Service)
All U.S. orders are shipped securely in a cardboard box or padded envelope with a USPS delivery confirmation number or UPS tracking number and insurance. Note that the delivery confirmation number is not the equivalent of a tracking number, but will only update when your mail carrier scans the package at the time of delivery. If your delivery confirmation number states "Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received" with no other details, this means that your package is still in the delivery process and will not update until the actual time of delivery.
Delivery times for USPS Standard and USPS Priority Shipping are only estimates and may take longer, particularly during peak Seasons. If you do not receive your package within the quoted delivery time frame, email us and we can look up its status.
Domestic orders totaling $175.00 and over will be shipped with signature confirmation. In some cases, we can ship to a valid work address if this is more convenient. If shipping to a work address, be sure to include your full name as well as your company name. Additionally, we reserve the right to send packages with signature confirmation in cases where we believe a signature receipt is appropriate for the safe delivery of your order. If you will not be available to receive your package at home, we recommend having your package shipped to a valid work address.
If timing is urgent on your package, we highly recommend choosing among these three expedited, guaranteed shipping options:
1. USPS Express Mail
2. UPS 2 Day Air
3. UPS 3 Day Select
We reserve the right to charge additional shipping if we determine that your actual shipping is substantially more than quoted.
International Shipping
International customers, please note the following regarding customs, taxes, and other charges:
All international packages must pass through their country's local customs office. Custom/import duties, taxes, and any other applicable charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges, so please note that you may incur an ADDITIONAL CHARGE that is separate from the item’s price and shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility, and beyond our control as they are imposed by your local government customs office. Please check with your country's customs regulations if you are unsure whether you will be subject to additional fees. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick your package up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
Additionally, missed delivery attempts may result in additional charges imposed by your local delivery company, which include, but are not limited to custom duties, extra handling fees, and/or storage fees. Please be sure that you are available to receive your package at the time of delivery.
For USPS Global Express packages, we highly recommend periodically checking your package’s tracking number on www.usps.com. Packages that are unclaimed are only held by the post office for a limited number of days before being sent back to the sender. We do not refund shipping charges for unclaimed packages.
All payments must be made in US funds. All orders will be shipped only to verified credit card billing addresses or confirmed paypal addresses. We reserve the right to request additional documents for international orders, including an emailed copy of your credit card (front and back), photo ID clearly showing your name and billing address, and/or credit card statement clearly showing your name and billing address. If the billing address you enter does not match the address on file with your credit card company, or we request additional documentation and it is not provided, your order will be cancelled. Orders that have inconsistent or suspected fraudulent information will also be cancelled.
Delivery times listed above are only estimates and may take longer. Each international package must pass through customs, which can significantly add to delivery times. Although most of our international customers receive their packages within 10 business days, please expect a wait of up to 6 weeks.
