All of the items we sell, including are Chan Luu bracelets, are guaranteed authentic and brand new. We are an authorized Chan Luu retailer and all of our items come directly from Chan Luu. Every Chan Luu piece will come with the "Chan Luu" signature trademark engraved on the metal button closure, and a signature Chan Luu storage pouch.

Return / Exchange Policy
Our Chan Luu bracelets can be returned for EXCHANGE only. Please email us at sales@regencies.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA #) BEFORE mailing the return within 5 days of receipt of your order. Items must be in brand new, original condition.
